Alzata house
The name Alzata, or “rise” is derived from both the site’s elevation and the tapering architectural style. Double two-room apartments are on the ground floor.A oneroom apartment with a private terrace and a separate entrance via an outside staircase - complete with a view of the pine trees and the lake - is on the first floor.
All apartments are fully furnished in traditional Umbrian style and come with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels.
