Our cuisineThe restaurant offers simple yet creative cuisine, wholesome and based on local produce. The common denominator of our dishes is that they are all selected with care and freshly prepared. In our kitchen, local produce reigns supreme and is cooked with imagination and love.
Pleasing also to the eye, the choice of warm and cold “antipasti” (starters) appetizing and tasty.
The "primi" (these are pasta dishes) are homemade and simply cannot be refused, the "secondi" (meat or fish) are wholesome and succulent. Umbrian black truffle is all-pervading, the real king of the Palazzo Baglioni cuisine. Wonderful also with simple fried eggs.
Amongst our specialities:
• HOMEMADE BREAD AND PASTA with sauces and seasonal dishes
• SUCKLING PIG BELLAVISTA cooked in the old wood-burning oven – a real delight!
• A GREAT CHOICE OF DESSERTS – whether a simple slice of dark chocolate cake filled with mascarpone and nutella, a Crème Brûlée or a Tiramisu, they are all made and presented with the greatest care and attention.
Let’s not forget a superb wine list consisting of Umbrian and Tuscan wines, amongst which a first choice would be "Sagrantino".
Outside the welcoming summer garden with the old wood-burning oven and views of Lake Trasimeno is the ideal place for a relaxing, informal lunchbreak and for dinner, enjoying wonderful sunsets above Lake Trasimeno.
The restaurant is open for events and receptions.
